  1. The Five Room Dungeon is not something I’ve ever tried out but I’ve long wanted to. It feels like a perfect structure for a one-shot. Five encounters give-or-take should fill a couple of hours. I wonder if it could be used fractally too. ie: Each ‘room’ is one session and that session itself is a five room dungeon, etc. I nipped over to roleplayingtips.com and nabbed the free PDF that he offers there. Maybe the answer lies within…

  2. Great episode, you should really consider doing a actual play podcast for one of your ongoing campaigns. And the 5 room dungeon was a very interesting footnote.

  3. I’ve been leaping around the timestream listening to the podcasts out of sequence. Really enjoyed how you moved the Blake’7 scenario at a brisk pace. Loved the roleplaying from all concerned too! And I did laugh at the loving nods to quarries, squibs and Stephen Greif’s acting.
It occurred to me that a quick raid/theft/sabotage B7 episode might lend itself to a Forged in the Dark ruleset. Maybe using Scum & Villainy (not that I’ve played that particular ruleset myself).
Only I’d call it Blake’s in the Dark.
